Windows 11 can't update Windows, SFC and DISM won't work

Some applications weren't launching/updating with the error "The code execution cannot proceed because msi.dll was not found". After closing that error, I got similar ones with VERSION.dll, WININET.dll, WSOCK.dll, and MPR.dll. I ran sfc /scannow in an elevated command prompt and got a message something along the lines of "operation failed as system repair is scheduled to take place upon restart", I restarted, and my PC decided to update (despite not being due) but failed with the "Something didn't go as planned" message before booting up again. I reran sfc /scannow and got the response "W
