Windows 10 Can't use Ethernet port since upgrade version of windows 10 on my laptop. WiFi working fine for internet access

Following my latest windows 10 upgrade on Friday I can not access the internet, or indeed my modem, using my ethernet.

Internet access is fine using WiFi
