I'm encountering issues with passkeys after updating to Windows 11 23H2 (build 22631.4169). My Android phone is unable to sign me in or create new credentials. After scanning a QR code or receiving a notification, I get a message stating "Couldn't connect to your device." Following multiple unsuccessful attempts, Windows gets stuck in a state where clicking "Register" or "Authenticate" on webauthn.io or any website immediately results in a "The operation either timed out or was not allowed" error.This behavior is not limited to my machine.
