Suddenly caps lock is not working, does not switch the light in my keyboard and does not activate upper characters.
Instead it is making a weird noise like a "beebop" and it is not the sound from the "toggle keys" options.
Here is a list of things I tried:
- unplugin/plugin the Keyboard USB.
- Changing USB port
- Changing keyboard, still not worked and the new keyboard's capslock is still not working and making that weird noise.
- Run the troubleshooter for the keyboard.
- Uninstalling from device manager
- Restarting the computer with & without the keyboard unpluged
None of these worked.
I noticed:
- During the booting screen caps lock actually switch the light of my keyboard but its not working once windows systems start.
- In a web browser pressing caps lock open the Javascript console for some reasons.
These mean the capslock key is still working but not behaving as caps lock anymore, I'm thinking its a Windows Issue.
