Windows 10 CD/DVD Error after Windows Update

My OS is Windows 10 Ver 21H2 (OS Build 19044.1806. I have two internal CD/DVD Drives installed. Prior to the last upgrade they both worked fine. After the last update they quit working. Now, in Device Mgr there is the warning image displayed and shows the following:Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)Here is the registry settings:{4d36e965-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}I tried updating the driver but get the 'the best drivers are already installed'. The driver file is Windows\system32\DRIVERS\cdrom.s
