Windows 10 Change my sensitivity

Okay so, I’m on my windows 10 and I recently got it. So then I make a document and I can’t type. So then I realize I can click and move my cursor but not type. Later then I realized that the sensitivity was WAY off the charts. I had to AGRESSIVLY press down on the key I want. I won’t say it’s sensitive but hard to press. Now temporarily I need to use a digital keyboard. Help!

Windows 10 my mouse curser sensitivity is at minimum. and it's way too sensitive. Tecknet mouse and myG903 is the same way.
