Windows 11 Change out of S mode not installing

I am trying to install "change out of s mode" in MS Store, but every time I try (yesterday and today) I get the message "Something happened and we couldn't install the app". I cannot fix it myself using existing suggestions, and I am not very confident beyond the basics. Your assistance would be appreciated.J
