Windows 11 Change the email while setting up a new laptop

I got a new laptop and when I’m trying to setup windows he asked me about my outlook I entered one of my emails but unfortunately I forgot the password now I’m stuck can’t change to another account or reset the account before 24 hours any suggestions?
