Windows 11 Changed my microsoft account, then trailmakers didn't work anymore, even though it was still installed on my computer.

I recently changed my microsoft account, and the game I bought and downloaded from the microsoft store no longer showed as me owning it. Even though it was still installed on my Windows 11 computer, an error message stating, "Trailmakers is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001," popped up on my computer when I tried to launch it. Is there a way I could possibly transfer ownership of the game from my old account to my new account?
