Windows 10 Changing fonts and font size and making characters bold in windows menus

Hi I am trying to help my father who has trouble reading menus and address bar when using microsoft 10. We have been able to adjust text size using Settings Display or Ease of access menus and also able to use magnifier. But he is not pleased with the thickness of characters and would like to change the font and make characters appear bold in windows 10 menus so that he can see and read them. Is there a way to change the fonts and make them appear thicker system-wide? A finer tuned control than the ones already available in settings or control panel, or some hidden or less visible option within those menus? Where does one choose the fonts being used in windows 10?
