I installed Windows 10 in English-US, and later switched its system display language to Korean. I switched to Korean since Windows forced me to keep my display language IME, which is redundant as Korean keyboard also supports English qwerty mode, and existence of an extra IME was a major nuissance when I'm cycling through Korean, Japanese, and Chinese IME's.After I switched my display language to Korean-KR, there seems to be some trace of "English-US" left in my system, as "English (US)" keyboards keep randomly re-appearing.
