It seems that it has become next to impossible to chat with a live Microsoft agent. Whatever channel/ road I choose, nothing leads me to what was in the past, chat to a live agent. What remains is online support in the form of articles and telephone support. Articles do often NOT capture the specific problem a user has and help with it, telephone support alson is not able to solve a complicated problem. With live chat, the agent could access your computer and analyze and fix things. But it seems, that option is now off the table?Any input to this is greatly appreciated.Thanks, Danker
