I'm sure this isn't a new problem since I've found a lot of frustrated users online sharing the same problem, but I've never managed to find a solution that actually solved it. Every time I try to download the typing language, the language pack (usually) finishes downloading but the basic typing (and the other packs) don't. They get stuck after some time (sometimes it stops moving after 1%, sometimes it gets close enough to the end that I get hope but then it gets stuck at 90%). I can't type in Chinese anymore and when I try to do so, I only get the notification saying that Chinese IME diction
