Windows 10 CHKDSK stuck at 3% and I cant exit

So I wanted to fix all the disk errors on my PC so I activated CHKDSK from control panel using the "Fix problems on my computer" shortcut and when my PC was restarted... It would be stuck at Stage 1: 3% (32257 of 1081088). I've tried multiple solutions including chkntfs /x c: but none of these work and it only brings me back to the forced CHKDSK...Is there either: A way to unstuck the CHKDSK program, or a way to bypass/disable it?
