Hello, during my previous windows installation I did not need to add a third-party firewall, because I had selected to block outgoing connections as it is the default for incoming connections and I had notifications when a new application needed access (inbound or outbound) it was perfect.But since my last reinstall, if I select to block outgoing connections I don't have a notification to unblock them when an application needs them and it seems dangerous to me to allow them globally.
