Windows 11 Clear false "This PC doesn't currently meet the minimum system requirements to run Windows 11" message

I had to re-flash my laptop's EC firmware recently to deal with an audio issue. During that process, TPM was disabled. Unaware of this, I ran Windows Update and received a "This PC doesn't currently meet the minimum system requirements to run Windows 11" message - which was a surprise to me, because until then Windows Update had stated the opposite, as had PC Health Check.I sorted out the TPM issue (it needed re-enabled in UEFI) but the message persists in Windows Update. PC Health Check confirms I can indeed install Windows 11. I don't want to install right now since I'm in the middle of
