Windows 11 Clearing computer for resale - reset failed

I am trying to reset my computer (Windows 11) so I can sell it. I have tried the "reset" several times and nothing changes.My name still comes up on the start-up screen. I've also gotten the message "Reset failed - no changes were made". Can someone help me? The reset isn't wiping out accounts even though I selected that option.Thanks,Shannon
