Windows 11 Clearing searchbar history crashes Searchhost.exe and Settings.exe

When i clear my searchbar history, Settings.exe and Searchhost.exe stop working then crashes both. I have this problem from about the last two Windows updates. My current Windows version is 22621.675 (Main Release).
