Windows 11 Clicking set up my pin does not work.

I did a safe boot and after that It said "Something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click to set up your PIN again." And then I clicked set up my PIN but when I click it nothing happens in the lock screen.I tried everything to get out of the black screen when I sign in.
