Windows 10 Clipboard History does not record or missing items

Windows 10, version 22H2Some problems I've experienced with Clipboard History.Any help will be appreciated.1) I will copy something (CTRL + C) and paste it (CTRL + V). When I look at the Clipboard History (Windows key + V) I get the message "Your clipboard is empty"2) I will copy something (CTRL + C) and paste it (CTRL + V). When I look at the Clipboard History (Windows key + V) the item I just copied is not shown (less than 10 items are shown in the history)3) I will copy something (CTRL + C) and paste it (CTRL + V).
