Windows 11 ClipChamp ? How to determine the preview page when posted on social media?

I have somewhat learned the basics of Clipchamp. But I notice that often the preview page on Social Media is something from the middle of the video, which might not make sense to read cold. I'd like the preview page to be the first or last image? How do I force the mp4 to show that designated preview page I want? Thanks very much!
