Windows 10 clr error 80004005

I updated my windows 10 last night and when i booted up my pc the other day some of my apps wont work because of this error i already tried reinstalling dot net and all that but it does not work and i also did the sfc /scannow in command prompt it showed that i had corrupt files but it could not fix them. Anyone can help??
