Windows 10 CMD always opening with path "C:\windows\system32"

Hello,

i am facing issue with command prompt. whenever i am opening cmd with address bar of the folder. it is always taking the default path "C:\windows\system32" in command prompt. Actually it should open with current directory of the folder.

As in below picture if i am typing cmd in address bar and enter the command prompt should open with "D:\Test" path but it is opening with "C:\windows\system32" path.




Please help me to solve this issue.
