Windows 10 CMD opens for a second and then closes on windows 10 startup.

HelloI brought my new second hand laptop but the problem is whenever i start my windows 10, cmd opens at startup and closes immediately.I am worried that if it is a malware or a bug itselfAny help will be appreciated.Ahsan
