Windows 11 Code 31. When trying to log into a downloaded game, the game would periodically freeze

This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31) The driver trying to start is not the same as the driver for the POSTed display adapter. Was wondering if anyone knows how to solve this problem, after opening the app and start moving around, the game would freeze and even after closing the app, the freezing would still continue until I reset or shut down the computer.Thank you for your time,Eric Xu
