Windows 10 Command Prompt Opening Repeatedly

I am having the exact same problem as this user was having: Redirecting I followed along to the end, and installed and ran FRST to get the logs, but am now unable to get Fixlist.txt to actually run the tool.I uploaded my logs here: FRST Files - Google Drive Thank you.
