Windows 11 Comment box for photos in Windows 11

Great Aunt Carolyn

Windows 7 was easy to use to tag and add comments to my photos. I see how I can tag photos in Windows 11 (however onerous it is). And I can add a description, but there isn't a comment box. Is there? Am I stuck with only tagging and the description box? Thank you.
