I have been waiting for months for Microsoft to fix and discover this themselves but I have been waiting way too long to report it and it is an really annoying thing because sometimes it works after: Pressing Escape then grab the files again, go to the taskbar and wait for the selected app to pop up and drag the photos into Instagram or in the GUI of any 3D program or copy the files from one folder to another.In case of Instagram I have to click the +plus button I grab my selected photos and I want to drop them and they're not letting go of the mouse pointer.
