Windows 10 Completely confused about album cover artwork and getting it to download onto MP3

When I go to my Music folder in Windows 10, almost all of my albums have the correct album covert art. (As seen by choosing large icons.) When I downloaded about 50 albums onto an MP3 player for my employees to use at work, almost every single album artwork is missing. When I asked it to "find album artwork online", it made a mess and now the artwork isn't just missing...it's wrong. Hideously wrong. I'm fine with wiping the MP3 player and starting over. But how do I get the album artwork to transfer? I was right clicking on the album, then on "Send to", and then on the name of the MP3 pl
