Windows 10 completely unable to disable hyper v

I tried disabling it through "turn on/off windows features".I tried this powershell command: "Disable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName Microsoft-Hyper-V-All"I tried this powershell command: DISM /Online /Disable-Feature:Microsoft-Hyper-VI tried this cmd command: bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype offI tried everything again after disabling secure boot as this was mentioned in one of the articles I looked at for instructionsall of the commands always reported as being succesfullvirtualisaion is enabled, i checked in task manager and in the BIOSafter all of this i still get the same po
