Windows 11 Computer auto updated to Windows 11 and now my computer has turned into a zombie box. How do I go back to Windows 10

Hi all - I've been using my laptop perfectly fine and thought it had good specs (i7, 16GB ram, 1TB SSD) but ever since the system auto updated my Windows 10 OS to Windows 11, it has been a nightmare. My battery health, after numerous diagnostics shows at 98%, but still the computer just turns off when on battery power for more than 2 mins. Even when on charge, it stays on, but completely freezes after a few minutes.It's gotten to a point where I have to plan exactly what I need to do, turn the system on (which is a hard turn-on each time so a full boot-up) as I know the laptop will only give m
