Windows 10 Computer clicks by itself constantly

I have an LG gram running windows 11.I booted computer in safe mode and issue still occurs so it's definitely a hardware problem...Basically without either my USB mouse or the touchpad for the laptop connected, the computer itself will left-click for a bit of time than release, and keeps doing that forever. Nothing I have done so far (driver stuff) has affected this, and it is literally almost impossible to troubleshoot stuff because trying to move the mouse over options will just click them and close setting tabs, etc...Please help!
