Windows 10 Computer crashed and I had to sign out of Windows, files, background and everything else is gone, but the hard drive still shows occupied storage spac

Computer reset itself while I was using it and when I turned it on it still had my home screen background, but said that it couldn't sign in to my account, recommended signing out to avoid file loss. Signed back in after and desktop and toolbar shortcuts are gone, all folders are empty, and backgrounds disappeared. Hard drive still shows the same amount of occupied space as before though.I had two accounts signed in at the time and I checked both, nothing. Checked the files under Users, but still nothing.I haven't been able to find my files, but the hard drive is still storing the missing data
