Windows 10 Computer Crashes With No Load Randomly

My PC randomly turns off without any reason. I have ran the obligatory DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and SFC /SCANNOW as well as a chkdsk c: /f /r. Rolled back to a last known stable with system restore. Updated Graphics Driver (ASUS RTX 3090 STRIC OC) and rand windows updates, and the system still persists. I grabbed the minidump and analyzed.
