Windows 11 Computer doesn't go to sleep automatically ; intel thermal framework apparently causing it

Hi there, please help !!! I have an laptop asus expertbook b9403, which fails to go to sleep automatically after the number of min configured in sleep settings powercfg /requests says ipf_helper.exe is preventing it to go to sleep everything is up to date (bios, drivers, windows) the only way I get to computer to go to sleep is by manually stopping intel thermal framework in Services Any thoughts ? Help would be greatly appreciated Power Plan is configured to switch screen after 1min and go to sleep after 3min, both in battery and plugged in mode. I even wiped the computer with clean reset. To
