Windows 11 Computer forced Windows 11 update after shutdown and deleted everything

Exactly what the title says. I powered my computer off for the night and woke up the next day to it now in Windows 11 and wiped completely clean, all without my permission. I'm not on a temporary account, and I never said yes to the update in the first place.
