Windows 11 Computer freezes and restarts after closing application with bugcheck: 0x00000116

Hello, I have been having this problem ever since my computer got some updates. What's happening is whenever I close an application like a game the computer will freeze (unable to move mouse) and then automatically black screen and restart. Looking in the reliability monitor history I see:The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000116 (0xffffa08c2a9e4460, 0xfffff803701e5720, 0xffffffffc000009a, 0x0000000000000004). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\110923-79
