Hey there, I’ve got an issue where my laptop has started to freeze after less than 10 minutes of use, requiring a hard restart.
Infromation that may be useful:
• It is an HP Spectre running the latest version of Windows 10
• I tried updaing drivers and running various scans for corrupted files etc. but nothing ever came back as faulty.
• Last night I factory reset my computer and set it up again from scratch.
• The only thing I’ve put on it since then is some documents, and I’ve installed one program I need for work.
• It was working all day but has started to crash again.
• I have checked and the temperature never got higher than 60, usually stays around 40.
