My computer (laptop) did an update this week overnight when it was in sleep mode. Since then, when the computer is on, if I haven't used the computer for a few minutes, it'll go into sleep mode.
I have searched forums and made changes to my screen saver and power settings, this has made absolutely no difference.
I want the computer to stay open and on as I'm studying and have teams open to keep in touch with other students for assessment tasks most often whilst I'm reading right in front of it.
When I notice that it's going into sleep mode, I try to touch the mouse, but it doesn't respond and continues to go into sleep mode.
Was there a problem in one of the updates this past week (Australia region)? What can I do to fix this please?
