Windows 11 Computer has a black screen before login and the mouse cursor keeps reloading, nothing works to fix it

I have a computer and after a shutdown and update I came back to my computer and the monitor was just black with little light coming out of it and a mouse cursor that I could freely move but it kept reloading, I searched solutions all across YouTube and the internet but nothing fixes it. I’ve tried ctrl + alt + delete, and windows + ctrl + shift + b and even ctrl + shift + esc but nothing comes up or works. I need some assistance.
