Windows 10 Computer keeps freezing or crashing at random times

I recently have been have a problem with my Hp Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-0xxx, I recently redownload Project Zomboid from Steam and after that my Pc has been crashing or freezing up at random times (mostly when I play games or try to update the system). My volume also doesn't work anymore and has a red circle with a white x in it. I looked into the Windows Update and noticed there are 4 updates that are stuck saying Downloading 0%. -Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus - KB2267602 (Version 1.383.207.0)-2023-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-ba
