Windows 11 Computer restarting at random times when browsing, in idle, but never while in game.

Hello,Encountering this annoying issue where my PC would randomly restart and it happens now for a few months, every day i use PC, but while i play games it never happens unless i alt tab browsing. PC would freeze while still displaying picture for second or 2 then goes black screen and it restarts. It started when i replaced my GPU from 1070 to 4080, but am not sure if GPU is the problem if it works fine in games under 100% loads. Ask if you need some more info, as i never had to ask such serios matter and not sure what other info is needed to help me.Explain what you already tried.Replaced P
