Windows 11 Computer, Sites and Software Crashes specifically when watching youtube or playing games. How to fix?

Lately, I have been having crashes when I do the stuff above, I suspect it has something to do with memory as I have a bad habit of leaving a lot tabs on and it first started crashing when I was watching youtube.I have tried following steps from another forum:Tried running System File CheckerTried reinstalling Graphics DriverTried scanning HD, though I got this error message:C:\Windows\System32>chkdsk The type of the file system is NTFS.
