Windows 10 computer slow after forced shutdown, nothing I tried works.

As it says, I had to force a shutdown a few days ago, and ever since, my computer has been obnoxiously slow with certain processes. It runs games just fine, but it's noticably sluggish starting them (or anything) up, doesn't handle browsers very well, is nigh unbearable with discord, and in general it's more trouble than I'd like to deal with. The worst part is that none of the common solutions worked. I've done sfc scannow, I've run multiple disk checks, I've even done a repair install of windows 10 and none of those fixed the godawful performance I'm getting. I can't even do a system restore
