Windows 11 Computer slowness(not hardware related)

For the last 2-3 months my pc has been acting very slow and over time it’s gotten worse. Playing games it will freeze after a couple hours of being on( although sometimes it just happens right away). My fps is normal but it does spike down and my frame time spikes up with the screen freezing for about 2-3 seconds. Also google opens very slow, when I type, scroll, or do other actions my pc will freeze and delay those inputs. Even on the desktop when I right click the prompt would sometimes open right away or sometimes take 5 seconds to pop up. I’ve done everything I could think of. I did get a
