Windows 10 Computer spamming keys, touchpad and mouse broken, random zoom-ins

My computer just started malfunctioning about 20 minutes ago. It keeps spamming the “+” key to the point where I can’t search anything up, and the screen randomly zooms in when I press the “Fn” button. My touchpad has also broken and only works when I press in specific areas. I have tried restarting the computer and booting it up in safe mode but nothing is working. Is this a virus? What can I do to fix this that doesn’t require me to search things up (as the + key will fill the search bar)?
