Windows 11 Computer stuck at Automatic Repair after screen turned black

I got a new laptop 3 days ago and i've basically only used it to set it up (install apps, customize backgrounds, transferring files from my older laptop, etc)I was using my laptop, just checking some folders, when the screen turned black except for the mouse. I waited several minutes, but nothing happened, so i shut down the computer. Turned it back on, same thing happened, shut it back down. Waited for the laptop to cool down a bit, turned it back on, got a blue screen and automatic repair said to go back to a previous save at the risk of uninstalling apps and so I did.
