Windows 11 computer will not connect to internet

I have a dell inspiron running windows 11. My computer is not connecting to wifi and it won’t even show the wifi button to even try to connect to anything. I run the trouble shooter and it says to plug an Ethernet cable in. I don’t have one to do that currently. After skipping through that it says the following problems: 1) the Intel wireless-ac 9560 adaptor is experiencing driver or hardware related problems. 2) a network cable is not properly plugged in or may be broken. What do I need to do to fix this issue?
