I have a Lenovo Legion Y530 that I purchased on 2018. Yesterday Windows did one of their latest updates and after this, I can not get it booted.
Now when turning on get message that says
"Preparing Automatic Repair" then "Diagnosing your Pc"
then it goes to the blue screen section that says Automatic Repair
Your Pc Did not start correctly
Press "Restart" to restart your PC, which can sometimes is the problem. You can also press "Advanced options" to try other options to repair your PC.
After doing restart option I get the blue screen that says "Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you.
Stop code: 0xc000021a
When it finishes doing this it turns off. When I go to turn it back on it does the same thing again going back to the preparing automatic repair.
I also click on the "Advanced options".
From all the options there
- Continue
Exit and continue to Windows Recovery Enviroment
- Use a device
Use a USB drive, network connection, or Windows recovery DVD
I can not use any of this options because I don't have a USB drive, or Windows recovery DVD.
When bought the computer in 2018 did not came with no disks and was told everything is in the computer to be re-installed when needed as
computers are now this days when you buy them and you no longer get software CDs/DVDS with them anymore.
- Use another operating system
Continue with another installed version of Windows
- Troubleshoot
- Reset your PC or see advanced options
I have tried all the recovery options available on the options and it is not working.
Does anyone else have this problem and/or knows what to do to fix it?
Unfortunately, my computer is out of warranty so I can not contact Lenovo tech support since the manufacturer warranty and the extended warranty I purchased expired on January 2021.
Looking forward in any solutions anyone may have.
Thanks.
