Windows 10 Computer won't load into windows

Alright so I'm coming at this now from just a general standpoint to see if there is any way to save my laptop. So from the beginning:Computer decided to turn on and I get past the manufacturer logo but then a black screen comes up with text saying Checking media pressence...Media present...Start PXE over IPv4 at MAC:And then of course it lists a Mac address. It would stay this way for a while then it would boot into my manufacturer's support assist saying "boot drive failure on device" then it would restart and immediately go into bios. I've rest the bios to defaults, I've turned secure boot o
